    How do this percent differ between grass fed and grain fed?

  2. A better omega-3 to omega-6 ratio is found in muscles which cows use more often.

    I think it would be interesting to look more into flax seed and its omega-3 benefits.

  4. I learned that the omega-3 distribution in cows' bodies varies based on their weight, fat storage, and genetics and grass fed is consistently higher in omega-3s in grain fed but causes diabetes more frequently.
    Q: Which part of the cow is most often served at restaurants and are they usually trustworthy?
